Playful yoga
“Yoga does not just change the way we see things, it transforms the person who sees.”
B. K. S. Iyengar
Children’s yoga has long been one of our most popular and sought-after classes. Our experienced instructor introduces yoga to children through simple, playful activities, with each pose accompanied by a cheerful rhyme or song. The focus is on encouraging children to practise within their own abilities rather than striving for perfect poses or competing with others, fostering instead a joy of movement and shared experience.
Through this natural approach, children learn to understand and coordinate their bodies, exercise all their muscle groups, and develop healthy breathing habits. Children’s yoga also improves concentration, strengthens memory, and nurtures communication and imagination. In addition, it can help balance emotional ups and downs and teaches children how to cope with stress.
For preschool children
We recommend children’s yoga particularly for children aged 3 to 6, although suitability depends on each child’s individual stage of development. The class takes place every Monday from 4:30 pm.

September - June: every Friday at 10:00 am (excluding public holidays and the Christmas period)
Children’s yoga is an ideal complementary activity alongside more dynamic pursuits such as swimming, skiing, dance, or mini capoeira. It gives children the opportunity to stretch, relax, and develop a greater sense of calm and balance.
“When Jonáš was little, he found it difficult to focus and rarely stayed engaged in any activity for long. Practising children’s yoga gradually helped him develop better concentration.”
