The enrollment of the current clients will be prioritised and will take place in two stages (see below). You will be able to change the date of your activity directly through the booking system.
Continuation of the same course at the same time and day
(1st phase)
Let us know between 4th December and 16th December 2023 your request for continuation via this online form or in person at the reception of Anahita Černý Most (only if you request to continue your activity on the same day and time you have now). After a successful booking by our staff, you will receive a confirmation email during this period with payment documents.
Change the day and/or the time of your course
(2nd phase)
You will be able to change the date of the course from 3th January (the system will be launched at 10:00 AM) to 5th January 2024 (10:00 PM). During these days you will be able to choose the date that suits you best via internet. Once you log in to the Webooker booking system HERE, the system will offer you all the dates of the activities you want to continue and that match your level. Then you choose the date that suits you and make your booking. After a successful reservation, you will receive a confirmation email with payment documents.
Payment options
The deposit of 2500 CZK must be paid within 2 days of registration and the remaining course fee must be paid by 31st January 2024. After this date, any unpaid registrations will be cancelled and the places will be made available for other applicants. Payment can be made in cash and by credit card at the ANAHITA Maternity Centre reception desk or online by credit card via the internet after logging into the excuses and replacement system under your account. Payment can also be made by bank transfer. Please refer to the registration confirmation email you will receive for payment details.
Sibling discount
If you are registering siblings for the same semester at the same time, you can apply for a sibling discount of 700 CZK for the younger sibling at the reception or by email anahita(at)anahita.cz.
The replacement lessons for properly exused absences from lessons during the current semester
The clients who register for Spring semester will have the opportunity to use up the replacement lessons from the current semester until 30. 4. 2024 (12 weeks period).
