Deepen your connection and trust with the youngest ones in your family joyful and meaningful way. Sign up for swimming courses in the modern maternity centre Anahita in Prague, Černý Most. Due to its location you can commute to us by car without worrying about parking as we have 140 parking spots or you can easily commute by the underground.
Development of psychomotorics and strengthening of immunity
The aim of toddler swimming is not to teach them how to swim like a pro swimmer but rather help them with their psychomotorics, coordination, motor skills and immunity. Regularly spent time in water improves their digestion, sleep and posture. After the lesson you can relax and treat yourself to a coffee, cake or another food and beverage offered in our café with children's corner.
The positive effects of salty water
Our 10x5 m large swimming pool VITA has slightly salty water which has 32°C. It’s quality follows the guidelines of Health Institute which is part of the Czech Ministry of Health. The salty water has positive effect on any skin issues children can suffer from as well as on blood circulation, metabolism and detoxication of the whole organism.
Our methodology
It is our priority to have the best trained and educated team in the field of children swimming. Our instructors are carefully picked and our whole team is regularly trained via Anahita Academy. The guarantor of our methodology is PaedDr. Jana Hochová, the most significant specialist in infant and toddler swimming in the Czech Republic. Read more about our methodology.
For toddlers
Toddler swimming is suitable for children from 1 to 6 years old. For children from 6 weeks we advise to do bathtub swimming and afterwards continue to infant swimmming from 6 months of age.
INDIVIDUAL LESSONS

Try to combine your swimming couse with other activities we offer in Anahita such as exercise lessons, children's yoga, baby massages or lactation consultancy. Do not hesitate to ask us any questions regarding pregnancy, parenthood or healthy development of a child. We are more than happy to help you if we have the needed knowledge.

The price depends on the number of lessons in the course. The courses are divided into 3 semesters - Spring (approx. 20 lessons), Summer (6 lessons), and Autumn (20 lessons). The exact prices and detailed information will be sent to you after filling in our no commitment application.
All of our courses methodically follow up on what was done in the previous lessons, and therefore we do not offer individual lessons.
Unfortunately we do not offer trial lessons. However, if you would like to cancel your course, you can do so 48 hours after your second lesson the latest and you get back 80% of the original course price.
The number of lessons depends on national and bank holidays. - Autumn: from the beginning of September to theent of January - Spring: from the beginning of February to the end of June - Summer: from the beginning of July to the end of August
One lesson lasts 30 minutes.
The maximum number in one course is 8 children.
