In this issue of the newsletter, we focus on the health and well-being of your children and yourself. We will focus on pregnancy exercises, proper handling of newborns and also strengthening immunity. We also launched a series of posts on our social media about the psychomotor development of children at different ages. We are here to help you get through this period with peace of mind and confidence.

We have selected activities that mothers before giving birth and parents of babies and toddlers will appreciate. You can find all our courses and services on our website.
BABY EXERCISE – upon request
Movement in rhythm for proper psychomotor development of children from 3 months to 3 years.
PREGNANCY ERXERCISE – Monday 17:30
You will strengthen your pelvic floor and make your whole body stronger. Suitable for all expectant mothers who want to feel fit.
PREGNANCY MASSAGE – upon request
Come and relax with us. We will tailor a massage for each of you in the way that is most comfortable for you.
HANDLING – upon request
We will show you the basics for proper physical handling of the baby.

Pregnancy and preparation for parenthood
These are challenging but also beautiful times full of change. We are bringing you few practical tips on how to cope and prepare for this important step in your life.

- Stay fit even during pregnancy. Exercise will help you to manage the demands of childbirth better.
- You can start exercising from the 14th week of pregnancy.
- The activities are gentle. Use gymballs, elastic bands or the weight of your own body so it feels comfortable to you and your needs.
- Thanks to handling, you can prepare for proper manipulation even before the baby is born.
- Touching the baby, movement and handling during normal daily activities are a form of communication between the caregiver and the baby. There is nothing to worry about. We will teach you how to do it.

Physiotherapy & Psychomotor development consulting
Not sure about your baby’s development? We have now launched consultations with a physiotherapist. An experienced specialist will attend to you individually and will be able to identify any potential anomalies. Together, you will then be shown how to work with any deviations to get your baby’s psychomotor development back on track.

Autumn cold and swimming
With the arrival of autumn, it is common that children may be more prone to colds. This is natural and doesn’t need to worry you. It’s important to boost their immunity with regular physical activity, and swimming is a great option. After swimming, we recommend staying indoors for at least 30 minutes to get acclimatised. You can sit in our café, where we prepare fresh treats for you every day. Don’t forget to dry your children’s ears thoroughly to avoid any problems.
Our approach to diving
During your lessons you will also encounter diving, which is carried out with the utmost care and respect. Our experienced professionals will make sure everything is safe and enjoyable for you and your child. We want you to feel comfortable with us and enjoy every moment in the water.
